Confit of Lamb Shoulder
This tasty dish was prepared for us at the Overture restaurant in South Africa. The chef Bertus Basson will prepare fresh GF bread and is very helpful when dealing with dietary requirements. You can eat out at restaurants even if you suffer from CD.
Camembert with Sorbet
This was an unusual but tasty dessert.
Quail
The quail breast was served with a butternut squash salad, pumpkin puree, mashed pumpkin and sauteed potato.
Fish Dish
The fish course was delicious too.
Beetroot Salad
We had a wonderful beetroot salad to start, with lemon cream cheese too. Simply delicious.
